Abstract

With the accelerating pace of overseas expansion by Chinese enterprises, cross-cultural differences have become a key variable determining the quality of market expansion. This article mainly discusses the cross-cultural management challenges encountered in overseas operations, analyzing them from three aspects: cultural identification, organizational governance, and interest coordination. It also elaborates on issues such as cultural context misinterpretation, management system conflicts, trust erosion in diverse teams, and brand identity barriers. Chinese enterprises need to create a dynamic cultural perception system, promote the localization of management systems, improve team trust formation mechanisms and brand localization translation chains, thereby reducing friction in overseas operations, strengthening market integration capabilities, and maintaining sustainable development resilience.
